DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/1937 (WHISTLEBLOWER DIRECTIVE)
The aim of the directive is to make it possible to report detected threats and breaches of the law directly at the point of origin and to document their processing and future prevention. Potential whistleblowers from their own organization should be protected from reprisals so that they can report their concerns or well-founded suspicions without fear.
